Bespoke Catalyst formulations
We can work with you to develop bespoke catalyst formulations to meet the performance profiles you require and give you a competitive advantage. Our low catalyst loading approach is not limited to the PGM group, we can design CCM using most available catalyst materials, such as Iron/Nickel complexes and other catalyst formulations emerging from research. Making bspkl an ideal partner if you have a novel electrolyser or fuel cell technology and you need a CCM development partner to scale.
Membrane Agnostic
We can apply a catalyst layer to any membrane material, so long as it comes in a dry, roll format. We don’t require any pre- or post-processing to the membrane material which minimizes the potential for damage or micro-tearing to the membrane.
Rapid R&D cycles
Our approach can produce new samples and test CCM in a day and our in-house electrolyser testing stations means we can work with you to get new catalyst and CCM products to market in a matter of week-months, instead of years.
